The Stour Federation is delighted to be on the working group of the High Performance Foundation.

In 2020 the High Performance Podcast was created, interviewing the planet’s highest performers to turn their lived experiences into life lessons. The podcast quickly became a global success and now has a community of over 1 million regular listeners. High Performance Group is empowering a global community to discover their own high performance by providing life lessons, content and services that enable personal change. 

 
The High Performance Foundation will exist to give every young person struggling with social immobility, discrimination or poverty a chance to realise their potential and live a brighter future. 

• High Performance believes that mindset matters and is instrumental to young people building the future they want and ultimately finding happiness and success. Academics and educators have regularly asked us how the content of the podcast can be targeted to young people. 
• Our aim is to create an engaging and interactive mindset programme into schools with captivating and diverse materials for both student and teacher.  We have enormous ambitions for the foundation and to help us develop our education programme we are seeking passionate and committed education professionals to join the High Performance Education Working Group. The working group will be instrumental in leading the design and development of the High Performance Education Programme.
