To further elevate our practice, we are taking our extensive expertise from BASIC coaching to develop our system for instructional coaching using Coaching WalkThrus. This evolved system blends the interpersonal depth, relational trust, and active listening of BASIC coaching with the highly structured, evidence-informed teaching techniques of the Responsive WalkThrus Coaching System.
